Promotion Period

The Win Tenders for a Year Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on July 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 2, 2026.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Detroit’s Original Chicken Shack, its franchisees, affiliates, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

How to Enter

Receive one (1) entry by first providing your phone number at checkout (or ordering while logged into your Detroit’s Original Chicken Shack rewards account), then purchasing any qualifying Tender item during the Promotion Period.

No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, preferred Chicken Shack location, phone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 2, 2026 and received by August 9, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

Winner Selection

Twenty-six (26) winners will be selected at random, with one (1) winner designated for each Detroit’s Original Chicken Shack location. Winners will be notified using the phone number or contact information provided. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) Detroit’s Original Chicken Shack qualifying tender item per calendar month for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning in August 2026 and ending July 31, 2027.

Prize restrictions:

• One (1) Tender Meal per calendar month. Items included:
  • 3PC Tender Meal served with shack potatoes, a roll dipping sauce and a drink.
• Unused monthly meals expire and do not roll over.
• Valid through July 31, 2027.
• Must have punch card present at redemption.
• Not responsible if the punch card is lost or stolen. 
• Not available for delivery.
• Tender meals listed only. No substitutions.
• Must be redeemed at the winning location.
• No cash value.
• Non-transferable.
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $9.99 per month X 12 Months = $119.88  

Qualifying Purchase: To qualify, guests must purchase one of the following: any Tender Meal (3-Piece, 5-Piece, or 15-Piece), Tenders à la carte (3 pieces or more). All other menu items are excluded and do not qualify.

General Conditions

Detroit’s Original Chicken Shack reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Detroit’s Original Chicken Shack, which are final.

Release

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Detroit’s Original Chicken Shack, its franchisees, affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
